Release of Liability:
Client agrees and understands the following: All Rentals must be paid in full 72-hours before the event. All guests using Amazon Photo Booth hereby give APB permission and right to upload, photographic portraits or pictures of any individual, group or event guests who share their facial images through text, email or social media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Amazon Photo Booth company, it’s Equipment or it’s staff free from any liability that may occur within the time of rental including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy or photo copy-write infringement. Client takes full financial responsibility for any damage to Amazon Photo Booth equipment caused by themselves or any of their guests. If Client chooses to cancel an event, they agree to provide Amazon Photo Booths a 72 Hrs. notice or they agree to forfeit their payment. If Client cancels an event within the 72 Hour time frame, A 25% administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Amazon Photo Booth reserve the right to cancel any given rental agreement/event due to situations beyond their control or caused by Mother Nature, Unexpected Accidents, or God forbid detrimental personal or family emergencies. In the event Amazon Photo Booth cancels an event a full refund will be provided within 7 business days.
